Sewerage
When it comes to the transportation of waste water, secure and tight pipe systems are core requirements to prevent pollution of our planet. For the transportation of surface water and domestic waste water Pipelife offers several systems produced in PVC, PP and PE. Both compact as well as structured wall systems are available in all materials. In PVC comprehensive range of pipes and fittings is available in diameters of 110 up to 630 mm in SN4 and SN8. The system is completed with specialities such as T-pieces, lateral inlets and adapters to concrete pipes. In polypropylene Pipelife developed Pragma®, a highly resistant double wall system available up to 630 mm, designed to meet the requirements of municipal sewerage. The unique coupling technique allows easy handling and installation. High performance pipes in PE for pressurized sewerage are produced in diameters from 110 up to 400 mm. For special applications such as marine outfall installations Pipelife offers PE systems of up to 1600 mm produced in lengths of up to 500 m. All Pipelife sewer systems are in compliance with national and international standards.
Depending on the material used Pipelife offers systems in all common classes of ring stiffness.
For polyethylene pressure pipes Pipelife can provide systems with pressure resistance of up to PN 20.

PP MASTER
PP MASTER is a 3-layer, smooth sewer pipe system made of polypropylene (PP) especially designed for public waste water engineering. PP fulfills the strictest requirements with regard to technology and environment. The PP MASTER is an exceptional product with the high stiffness class SN 12 and comparably low wall thickness. Furthermore, the specially designed socket enables enhanced installation properties.
The carefully selected high-tech polypropylene quality in the inside layer makes the PP MASTER particularly abrasion resistant. Additionally, PP MASTER is also approved for installation at temperatures as low as -10°C.
