Nowadays, one of the most important projects in Russia is the renovation of the ancient XVIII century palace, named after Konstantin, the son of Tsar Pavel I. The main idea to celebrate 300 year anniversary of the Saint Petersburg city turned into the State Congress Hall, apparently dubbed Presidential Palace. This place is suggested to be Northern Residence of Mr. Putin and state authorities. Moreover, during their absence, the Palace would carry out the role of a museum and VIP recreational area. Renovation concerns not only Palace premises, but huge park area as well as erection of a number new buildings, including 20 cottages for embassies (500 m2 each), 2 hotels for its security and service personnel and media-center, which covers approx. 15 000 m2. Pipelife Russia is proud to participate in the project with a wide range of products. We managed to find a proper partner, the company Rustrubprom, which has been chosen as a general pipe supplier for the project. Pipelife has already supplied almost a whole system for sewer and drainage, including drainage pipes in geo-textile filter and chamber system. Our Pragma pipe system was ranked the best pipe on the site and achieved a lot of appreciative response from the installers (compared to the PVC pipes especially). The Pragma technology has got a proven record of success entering the new market. Moreover, starting on that project, a lot of construction companies got acquainted with the Pragma system and are willing to use it in the further projects. After the completion of the sewer system, we have started to work on the in-house Hot&Cold and heating systems supplies. We are planning to install Radopress and Greenlife products for the purposes of Hot&Cold water supply, heating and Air Conditioning in the above mentioned hotels, some cottages and the media-center.
