We are committed to Invest in quality of people first, which is one of our core values. We seek to support the improvement of our employees through various programmes on national and international level.

Most of the learning is done on the job within our various companies. To support this there are various training & development programmes offered via our local operations in each country.

Besides that the Pipelife University has been created on a corporate basis. The Pipelife University is a virtual University, offering a wide range of different training and development opportunities structured in several areas. Taking into consideration the different learning styles of each employee the Pipelife University is mainly structured in three different parts:

Internal Training
Through Pipelife`s internal seminars we secure that our best knowledge will be distributed throughout the Pipelife Group.

External Training
In addition to the internal training the Pipelife University offers a wide range of seminars offered by 6 different Management Development Centres within Europe, where Pipelife has a close relationships.

E-learning
E-learning as an innovative and effective resource enables our employees to reinforce and enhance their management and leadership competence as well as their knowledge in other areas such as IT, Finance, etc in a very flexible way.
