Soil & Waste
Acoustic Soil and Waste Pipe Systems
Acoustic SOIL AND WASTE pipes ensure discharge QUIETer AS A WHISPER
Soil and waste pipes are essential in all building structures, but the water rushing through them can sometimes be noisy and disruptive. Our premium sound-insulated acoustic piping system, known as Master3Plus, meets this challenge head-on.
Master3Plus reduces noise generated by vibrations, which has been successfully tested at the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany. Results show that Master3Plus Systems are one of Europe's quietest acoustic soil and waste piping systems on the market. The comparison is based on values published by the producers.
BENEFITS AT A GLANCE:
Excellent sound absorption properties due to high-grade raw materials and three-layer mineral-reinforced polypropylene (PP) structure
Optimal hydraulic properties
Leak-tightness and fast assembly due to rubber sleeve connections with guide marks
Safer handling and installation thanks to high rigidity and impact resistance
Low-temperature handling well below minus degrees and installation capabilities
Comprehensive system ensures flexibility in installation layout design
Long service life and minimal maintenance requirements
The Master3Plus system is tested according and approved for BD (building/drainage) with diameter 75 and bigger applications in accordance with EN 1451-1. As a result, underground installation to the road sewer system junction is permitted.
Maximum temperature load 95 °C (temperature change test according to EN 1451-1), continuous load 60 °C.
Master3Plus boasts a high chemical resistance to acids and alkalis ranging from pH 2 to pH 1.
Reaction to fire, smoke production, flaming droplets/particles D - s2, d2, according to EN 13501-
Fire classification B2 “normal flammability”, according to DIN 4102.
Master3Plus acoustic soil and waste pipe systems offer enhanced impact resistance. The products are therefore suitable for installation at temperatures well below 0 °C and have earned the snowflake symbol.

S16 class: higher weight and thicker walls
Excellent sound insulation Increased weight results in improved sound insulation.
Flow-optimized connections, reduction of turbulences
The hydraulically optimized swept (bent) branch enables connection of a larger number of households to the downpipe. This is a result of higher flowrate compared to conventional branches.
