The village of Szaflari, located in southern Poland near the majestic Tatra National Park, is renowned for its skiing slopes, hot springs and mountain trails. The scenic village attracts visitors year-round, and the real estate investor Kaltrans is currently building a new high-end hotel in the area. 

As premium soundproofing has become crucial in the increasingly competitive accommodation sector, the developer has opted to use Pipelife's acoustic soil and waste system Master3Plus in its latest investment.
